Returns & Exchanges

At Flakes, we want you to glow with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window to return or exchange any beauty products that don't perfectly suit your skin. Items must be in their original packaging and at least 75% full to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Products

  Carefully place the items in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent any leaks or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
